PACHSA is a membership organization for county human services administrators and their staff. There are three types of membership available including full membership, trial membership and associate membership. Information on each type is found below.

FULL MEMBERSHIP

To be eligible for full membership an agency must be designated by their board of commissioners or county executive. Each full membership provides the appointed human services administrator and up to three of their staff the opportunity to receive PACHSA information on a variety of human services administration, fiscal, legislative, policy and program topics.

Benefits of full membership:

Advocacy - for funding, legislative and policy issues
Budget updates - federal, state and county budget information
E-mail notifications - of current news and happenings
Membership trainings - quarterly meetings and special events
Networking opportunities - meetings and contact information
Voting and leadership privileges - one vote per county and member may serve in leadership

TRIAL MEMBERSHIP

To be eligible for a trial membership an agency must be designated by their board of commissioners or county executive. Each trial membership provides the appointed human services administrator or contact person the opportunity to receive PACHSA information on a variety of human services administration, fiscal, legislative, policy and program topics. Trial memberships are limited to a one year period. Trial members may participate in discussions but are not eligible to vote or hold a leadership position.

Membership trainings - quarterly meetings and special events
Networking opportunities - meetings and contact information
Ability to assess membership benefits - receive reduced dues during trial period

**Please Note: Trial memberships are for agencies and counties that have previously had a full PACHSA membership.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

To be eligible for an associate membership an agency or individual must be approved by their county's designated full member. Each associate membership provides the appointed human services administrator or contact person the opportunity to receive PACHSA information on a variety of human services administration, fiscal, legislative, policy and program topics. Associate members may participate in some discussions but are not eligible to vote or hold a leadership position.
