To be eligible for a trial membership an agency must be designated by their board of commissioners or county executive. Each trial membership provides the appointed human services administrator or contact person the opportunity to receive PACHSA information on a variety of human services administration, fiscal, legislative, policy and program topics. Trial memberships are limited to a one year period. Trial members may participate in discussions but are not eligible to vote or hold a leadership position.

• Budget updates - federal, state and county budget information
• E-mail notifications - of current news and happenings
• Membership trainings - quarterly meetings and special events
• Networking opportunities - meetings and contact information
• Ability to assess membership benefits - receive reduced dues during trial period

Each associate membership provides the appointed human services administrator or contact person the opportunity to receive PACHSA information on a variety of human services administration, fiscal, legislative, policy and program topics. Associate members may participate in some discussions but are not eligible to vote or hold a leadership position.
