As part of PACHSA’s affiliate relationship with the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP), CCAP Government Relations staff represents PACHSA on human services policy and funding issues. The PACHSA President also serves as a non-voting member on the CCAP Human Services Committee.
